I hereby enroll in the Home
Study Professional Travel Agent Training Program for the session beginning on
_______________ ending maximum 1 year later.
I agree to pay the tuition
of $685 or $786 (extended payment plan) for the Home Study Professional Travel
Agent Training Program and related school services. It is further understood that this tuition represents the total
cost of the program, with the exception of the optional fees for remedial
instruction that I may request and postage to submit completed sections. There are no additional fees or expenses for
the Home Study Professional Travel Agent Training program or its related books
and supplies.
It is understood that my
transcript and Certificate of Completion may be withheld until I have completed
my financial obligation to Travel Career Institute. Travel Career Institute
will refund all monies paid if I cancel this Agreement within 72 hours (until
midnight of the 3rd day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Legal Holidays)
after its signing. Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before
receipt of the first section of the course, will result in a refund of all
monies paid with the exception of the registration fee. A full refund will also
be made if I am not accepted for enrollment or if educational services are
discontinued by the school. The termination date for any refund computation is
upon written notice of withdrawal by the student. Tuition refunds are less the
registration fee and a pro-rata portion computed on the number of sections
completed or mailed to student to the total program hours. Cancellation after
completing 50% of the program will result in no refund. Any and all refunds are
automatically consummated within 30 days of the effective date of termination.
A student can be dismissed, at the discretion of the Director, for insufficient
progress, non-payment of costs or failure to comply with rules as listed in
this agreement.
Upon successful completion
of the program, Travel Career Institute, will assist each graduate with job
placement. However, the school does not guarantee employment. A Certificate
will be issued to each student who successfully completes the program and
satisfies all requirements. Note, the School makes no guarantee that credit
earned will transfer to another Institution.
The signature of the
official school administrator below authorizes the terms of this Agreement and
approves the enrollment of the undersigned student.
My binding signature below
warrants that I have read and received a copy of this Agreement. This
represents the entire understanding of myself and Travel Career Institute,
regarding my enrollment Agreement.
